I was curious how the other classes will be introduced later in the game. Will we encounter them as npcs beforehand or will it be once they are available to play? If its the latter then could there be an event or mission that leads to their reveal?

Good question, it is likely to be all of the above once we roll them out Events and missions will be there as well as we will be taking a narrative approach to the game.

Sweet! It be cool if they were teased in game prior to the reveal, like hearing rumors of ancient ruins being unearthed that ends with the release of the wraiths from their eternal prison or stories of impoverished people making a pilgrimage to greener pastures only for the ghouls to be revealed as they alone survive the journey.
